-Decided that we will publish a quarterly online newsletter on the existing LPFM website. Elizabeth will compile and edit content. Publish as PDF online in mid January, April, July, and Oct. Submission deadline is January 8th. The newsletter will cover community low power radio of the greater Madison area. Discussed calling the newsletter "Pipsqeak Radio", though nothing official yet. Newsletter will be printed and distributed as station managers see fit. Madison Public Library is willing to distribute them as space allows.

-Elizabeth will create a private Facebook group for our group, which will help facilitate communication.

-Discussed using the newsletter as a way to get underwriting. Some discussion about group underwriting as well.

-Discussed promoting our stations at Madison non-profit events, as well as National Community Media Day (on Oct 20th).
